Turn the lights down to grey Will not fix the pain Or the loss that you feel Oh to turn back the clock To make all this madness stop Spend another hour, a minute together A timeless lovers embrace forever Aloft his funeral pyre Was maybe your inner desire Secluded existence the same Nows time for a change All alone you feel This wound time cannot heal Do not shut yourself away Fate will always find a way Re-enter the world of the living Dwell no longer in the land of the dead Like a phoenix arisen From the ashes you carry The ashes of the past Of a love that will forever last Time to arise, reborn Live your life and be happy Finally finished, was a bit trying on the hand. This is the second biggest painting ive ever done, my first was my shop sign i painted round a year ago. All up i think it took just shy of 20 hours. The subjects of the painting are placed in the position of the heart amplified through strong line work and movement of hair and background .The figures are grasping for the bits of the reality that is no more.
